OK, so, you’ve just got off your flight at Charles De Gaulle Airport, or the Eurostar at the Gare du Nord, or stopped at the first motorway services on the autoroute just outside Calais (did you notice - that was your first word: autoroute pronounced ortoe root means motorway!)

OK, so, you're now ready to go to your hotel, campsite, wherever. You'll need PUBLIC TRANSPORT or you might be DRIVING.

TIP - on the Paris métro, you need to look at the line your destination station is on and then look at the end station on the line in the direction of travel. Then follow signs in that direction. All Paris métro signs are shown in the direction of travel, e.g. Direction Porte d' Orléans.
